Message from the President

The Laffite Society is not only a pleasure to belong to it can become a passion. If you have the slightest interest in history as I had when I joined the Society, you will quickly learn how far-reaching the subject of the Laffites truly is. Through the years we have had an amazing selection of speakers and researchers attend our monthly meetings and we are constantly learning something new and exciting about the Laffites. I would like to extend to you a personal invitation to become a member of the Society. We are a trusted source for the historical records pertaining to Pierre and Jean Laffite and you can play a part in our continued work to present educators, students, and general readers with a historically accurate account of the Laffite Brothers and their associates. We meet monthly for a little food, a little fun and a lot of great history. I personally invite you to attend our next meeting.
